Presidential Ambassador
Presidential Ambassadors are Independent Representatives who have attained the National Sales Manager level and have been appointed by the Executive Staff of FHTM. These elite Independent Representatives must meet especially lofty qualifications, while demonstrating the leadership skills deemed necessary to effectively represent FHTM as a recipient of the company’s highest honor.
Jerry Brown
Jerry Brown’s business philosophy is simple: “Don’t just look for a superstar. Be a superstar.” As a former military man and full time pastor, Jerry has the dedication and discipline necessary to succeed in the direct selling industry. Jerry finds that the teamwork available through FHTM and the terrific product and service lines offered, give him and other Representatives the necessary tools for success. His leadership skills help him to accomplish his mission of helping others while gaining their respect and loyalty. To FHTM Representatives just starting out, Jerry offers this advice: “The only way you can fail in this company is to quit.” |
Roger McKay
Since joining FHTM Canada in November 2005, Roger has moved forward quickly. In February of 2008, Roger attained the level of National Sales Manager. Roger’s drive and dedication to his team move him steadily onward toward his goal of Presidential Ambassador. Roger’s positive attitude, persistence, faith and passion for FHTM has never steered him in the wrong direction. Helping people win is Roger’s goal. Listening to their hopes and dreams and helping them overcome obstacles along the way is what he enjoys most about working his FHTM business. “I want to add value to the lives of others. FHTM gives me the opportunity to add value to my family’s life and achieve my personal goals by helping others achieve theirs. I don’t know of a better business model than FHTM.” |
Ken Bailey

After a 16-year career in the computer industry, Ken Bailey believed there had to be something more. A self proclaimed country boy who started his FHTM business in the rural town of Mullens, WV, Ken often tells other Independent Representatives, “You can do this business from anywhere.” With no stop lights or four-lane highways in the county where he began his business, Ken shows others that big businesses aren’t always built in big cities. Ken firmly believes in plain and simple hard work, treating others the way you want to be treated and always giving your best effort. “These are the principles that guide my everyday decisions in business and in life,” he says. Ken remains grateful to Paul Orberson and FHTM for this opportunity and all it offers him and anyone else willing to do what it takes. Ken’s shares this simple recipe for success with new Representatives: “Be persistent and consistent.” |
Chris Doyle
Even though Chris Doyle was named an FHTM Presidential Ambassador in 2006, he admits he was skeptical about FHTM when his nephew, Bronson Doyle, invited him to a meeting. Chris stood his nephew up three times before finally attending. Eventually, Chris attended a meeting. His skepticism quickly vanished, as the business made perfect sense to him. His decision to join FHTM was a life-changing one. Chris’ hard work enabled him to leave the job he hated and rise to the rank of FHTM Presidential Ambassador. His business continues to thrive, as he advises new Representatives to believe in themselves and never quit. |
Joel McNinch
One would think that a successful manager at a Fortune 100 company would be perfectly happy, but that was not the case for Joel McNinch. He lacked financial independence and the freedom to manage his time as he chose. As he puts it, he was miserable. Then, in November 2004, Joel joined FHTM. Joel says that FHTM has opened up options that he had never even considered, including the early retirement he is currently working towards. He believes he has succeeded due to his commitment to helping others grow their business. “There is something very rewarding about having an impact on the way people live.” |
Mike Misenheimer
A self-proclaimed goal-setting fanatic, Mike Misenheimer joined FHTM purely on faith. “I hadn’t even seen the business plan, but I believed in Paul Orberson, Ruel Morton, and myself,” Mike said. Using his business philosophy – “Help others get what they want and you’ll get what you want” – Mike’s dream has become a reality for himself and his family. They are now able to contribute more to their church, community, and family than ever before. By keeping his goals in focus, Mike has enjoyed true success through FHTM, including becoming a Presidential Ambassador. |
Teresa Morales and Alexis Adame

Teresa Morales and Alexis Adame aren’t ones to back down from a challenge. When they joined FHTM in 2004, the young company had yet to offer materials in Spanish. This posed a problem, as many of their friends and relatives in Texas were Spanish speakers. Determined to make the most of this opportunity despite the language barrier, Teresa and Alexis showed the FHTM products and services in English and served as translators for those needed it. It was a difficult process, but their persistence paid off. They are now proud to say that they haven’t worked for anyone else in over five years. Though FHTM now offers materials in Spanish as well as in English, Teresa and Alexis are happy they didn’t wait to get involved. “Opportunities don’t get lost,” says Teresa. “They just go to somebody else.” |
Ruel Morton
Almost everyone in Ruel Morton’s blue-collar hometown, including his father, worked for the local steel mill. About the time Ruel was leaving for college, the steel market crashed, causing all 5,000 employees of the local mill to lose their jobs. The pain and loss Ruel saw around him made him never want to work for someone else. The chance to become an independent business owner is what drew him to FHTM. Ruel believes in making your own success story, not someone else’s. Thanks to his hard work and dedication to his FHTM business, Ruel was a 2005 inductee into the Ring of Honor and in 2006 became a Presidential Ambassador. |
Todd Rowland
Before joining FHTM, Todd Rowland was racking up wins as a football coach. Despite his on-field successes, however, a coach’s salary was not enough to support a family of five. He and his wife Ashley decide to start an FHTM business in 2001 with a goal of replacing that coach’s salary with something more substantial. In addition to the financial gains this family has earned through FHTM, they also enjoy the freedom owning a business provides. Now a Presidential Ambassador, Todd is able to set his own schedule while meeting new people daily. When asked what advice he would offer a new Representative, Todd answered, “Set your goals and dreams high and don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t achieve them.” |
Steve Jordan
Steve Jordan and his wife Shelly believe the most important thing in life is family. Through FHTM, Steve and Shelly have been able to realize their dream of being full-time parents to their daughter Shelby and twin sons Hunter and Parker. “FHTM offers long term stability and a strong pay plan with unlimited potential,” explains Steve. He finds the key to success through FHTM is having quality products that Representatives can get behind. “The True Essentials line has changed the way I live my life,” he says. Steve believes anyone can find success if they “jump in the pool and swim like crazy.” As a Presidential Ambassador, Steve has certainly learned to navigate the waters, and he works hard to help others do the same. |
Bob Decant and JoAnne McMahon
Bob Decant and JoAnne McMahon are no strangers to working as a team. As the former owners of JCM Builders, they chose FHTM for the leadership, vision and experience it offers. “What I like best about FHTM is the flexibility to work at your own pace,” says JoAnne. “We are both working toward the same goal, each with our own unique style.” JoAnne credits the corporate staff for inspiring the duo. “Knowing we have them at the helm makes me very comfortable,” she says. JoAnne and Bob feel very confident in their future thanks to their philosophy to see each job all the way through. They advise anyone just starting out to follow the motto “Failure is not an option!” |
Terry and Sandi Walker
Once Terry and Sandi Walker decided to join FHTM in 2004, they never looked back. “We were tired of working all the time, with no time for family,” says Terry. Because of the low start-up cost, Terry and Sandi were able to embark on the path to their dreams, despite having little money to invest and no previous business experience. “We love helping other people just like us … we will pour our heart and soul into their successes,” Terry says. The Walkers are thankful for the opportunities FHTM has presented them, and they credit the vision of Paul Orberson for inspiring them to build their business for themselves and for their family. To sum up, Terry says, “I believe we are in for the ride of a lifetime!” |
Ring of Honor |
Darla DiGrandi
Darla DiGrandi started with FHTM out of necessity. She was a business woman in debt, out of money and looking for a way out. At first she thought joining FHTM would just bring in a couple bucks but her business grew quickly and bigger than she ever expected. Darla said “Once the business took off, it was the answer to my prayer.” Beginning her business in March 2008, most of Darla’s efforts are spent in California, Oregon and Washington and she says she’s learned to never trade time for money. Darla’s goal for the future is to be a Presidential Ambassador and write about her journey in FHTM. |
Mike Chorost
In the three years Mike Chosost has been with FHTM, he’s learned that he can lead people and be successful in business. Focusing his efforts in Oklahoma, it started with a desire to get his bills paid, but now Mike has much bigger dreams. Mike says he wants to be a top producer at FHTM. He believes the way to make that happen is to learn from the people who are at the top and teach those business skills to others. Mike said “I want to be in the Top 10 when the books are written about FHTM and the only way for me to make that happen is to serve as many leaders as I can.” |
Matt Morse
Matt Morse started his business in Arkansas in December 2007. His wife's uncle took them to a local meeting at a Chinese restaurant and they haven’t look back. “I’ve learned that unity is unstoppable. To edify one another is to achieve greatness,” said Matt. He says the affordable initial investment made it easy. Matt and his friends were convinced that their up line executive was dedicated to helping them succeed.
Matt said, “We intend on having a loyal team of people around the world brought together for a common cause. We look forward to helping likeminded people become dedicated to fulfilling their dreams.” |
Sheri Winter
Sheri Winter’s “I can do anything” attitude was a perfect fit for FHTM. Throughout her journey toward the Ring of Honor, she never stopped believing in FHTM or herself. She carries that perspective through every aspect of her business, including team building. “I would like to have the most successful people on my team that FHTM has ever had. Presidential Ambassador is next for me!” With Sheri’s persistence, positive outlook, and love for this business, she sees no limit to how high her business can grow. “FHTM is the vehicle that will allow me to ultimately fulfill my destiny.” |
Aaron Decker

When Aaron Decker first started his FHTM business, he had some personal hurdles to jump before he could become truly successful. His aversion to public speaking made working at his business difficult, but he was determined to overcome his fears. “I worked on myself,” Aaron says, “and as you grow up, your business starts to grow too.” Public speaking is now no problem for Aaron, who entered the FHTM Ring of Honor in 2010. He now devotes his time to helping other Representatives succeed, encouraging them to work on themselves as much as they do on their businesses. He is also dedicated to giving back to the community. In 2005, Aaron started the Roanoke Ranch for Kids, a non-profit organization that helps at-risk youths build self-confidence. Through FHTM, Aaron learned that “If I tried my best, I might have something important to say.” Now, he is focused on helping others learn the same thing about themselves. |
Tim and Kelly Howard

Tim and Kelly Howard learned about FHTM almost by accident, but after the success they’ve had in their business, they’re certainly thankful for the chance encounter. Before joining FHTM, Kelly was a program director for a radio group, and Tim was a professional guitar player and recording studio engineer. One day, a fellow musician and videographer asked Tim to be a cameraman on a shoot for Success from Home’s August 2007 issue featuring FHTM. After a month of listening to interviews with several of the company’s Presidential Ambassadors, Tim realized what an outstanding opportunity this could be for him and his family. He and Kelly worked hard at building their business, balancing FHTM with their family and full-time jobs. It wasn’t easy, but their efforts eventually paid off. In 2010, the Howards were inducted into FHTM’s Ring of Honor. They advise new Representatives to take personal responsibility and understand that anything worth doing requires effort and time. “Be consistent,” says Kelly. “Believe in yourself, and if you don't have the tools today to make your dreams happen, start working on building yourself.” |
Scott and Molly Aguilar

Scott and Molly Aguilar knew of Paul Orberson’s reputation for success in the direct selling industry and decided that they too wanted to be part of that success with FHTM. They called up one of their good friends and asked that person to sponsor them. That, Molly says, was the best decision they ever made. “I knew the company was reputable and that many other people had succeeded before me, so I was excited to get started,” she says. The Aguilars were young when they started out in this business, but they were determined to build their credibility through hard work and goal-setting. Eventually, they created their own success story and proved that people can thrive in FHTM regardless of age or experience. Now Ring of Honor inductees, the two a focused on helping as many people as possible reach their goals and, as Scott says, build a team that can fill arenas. |
Kevin Mullens

Though Kevin Mullens was happy to join his father in the construction industry, he always had bigger dreams. Kevin discovered FHTM at just the right time, as the economy was taking its toll on the construction industry. He saw this business as a way of not only alleviating the pain of the recession but also of achieving his big dreams. As he learned about FHTM, he realized that not only would he have to work for himself but he would also need to help other people reach their goals in order for him to succeed. This philosophy suited Kevin and made him even more enthusiastic about starting an FHTM business. With support from his wife Sheila and their children, he set out to build a business that would benefit his family and those of his team members. Kevin advises new Representatives to actively pursue their goals and never be afraid of hard work and sacrifice. “Change is necessary in the business world if we are going to remain relevant and current,” he says. “So don't just sign up but get engaged and become a valuable part of this wonderful company.” |
Susan Frank

Susan Frank has always loved helping others. She practiced nursing for over nine years, has volunteered on numerous mission trips and assisted with clean-up and RN care in Gulfport, LA following Hurricane Katrina. Through her experience working with patients, she learned that health care was not always readily available to people with limited finances. Susan was troubled by this fact but determined to find a way to help others afford life’s necessities. She was also looking for a way that she could stay at home with her son. One day, she discovered a way that could allow her to accomplish both goals. She learned about FHTM from her husband Josh’s aunt who showed them a business presentation. Susan enthusiastically decided to start her own FHTM business, though Josh remained skeptical. Now, however, Josh is thankful that his wife shrugged off his pessimism. Her hard work has enabled her to be a stay-at-home mom while helping others. |
Tom and Diana Waggoner
Prior to starting their FHTM business, Tom and Diana Waggoner owned 16 franchise restaurants. Inspired by Paul Orberson’s reputation and experience, they decided to add to their already hefty workload a direct selling business through FHTM. However, while building their business, they soon realized that they would need to devote their full attention to their new venture if they wanted to truly succeed. And succeed they did, focusing on leadership and teaching others how to think like entrepreneurs. “We enjoy helping others,” Diana says, “and we believe that setting the example is the best way to do that. The speed of the leader is the speed of the group!” The Waggoners remind new Independent Representatives that they must work hard, be dedicated, stay focused and maintain integrity. “People are looking for answers,” Diana says. “Our job is to help them see where they fit into FHTM and where FHTM fits into their lives."

Michelle Lorente |
Michelle Lorente of Orlando, Florida is a single mother of four young children. After suddenly losing her job of ten years due to a declining economy, Michelle was searching for something to provide security and stability for her family:
“One day my 3 year old son fell and broke his tibia. The doctor told me I had to stay with him for 2 months....In the midst of my desperation to find a better job, I visited my friend, and she showed me this opportunity. I did not need much convincing. I started the business immediately, and when I returned to work, they offered me more money. I refused. On December 19th, I submitted my resignation letter to work full-time as an FHTM Representative.
The things I like about FHTM are that we work in teams, training materials are offered and the leaders show such tremendous support to all Representatives. This company allows me to help others, which is something that fills me with great joy. FHTM has been a great blessing in my life."
