As a high school teacher and coach in Lexington, Kentucky, Paul Orberson loved what he did. Unfortunately, his teacher’s salary didn’t allow him to give his family the solid financial future he wanted for them. In 1990, he entered the world of direct selling, determined to succeed. Not only did he achieve success, he became one of the most accomplished direct sellers the industry had ever seen and was able to retire before the age of 40.
A few years after retiring, however, Paul grew bored with every day being the same as the one before. He wanted a new challenge, one that would allow him to help others find the success he had found. He decided that it was time for him to start his own direct selling company so that he could give others the opportunity to achieve their goals. He researched numerous companies, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each so that he could build a company on the most solid foundation possible. Paul, along with Tom Mills, launched FHTM in 2001, and ever since, the company has continued growing into a leader in the direct selling industry.
Paul is a firm believer that "To be successful in business, our focus must always be on the other person." He certainly lives his life this way, most notably in his creation of FHTM, which has focused for nearly a decade on helping others achieve their dreams. |
